Easy Makeup Remover

Today our Money Saving Queen saves us money on all things makeup. Let’s begin with makeup brushes. Don’t buy expensive name brand cleaners, make your own. Now that you’re makeup goes on with clean brushes, take it off by making your own makeup remover wipes.

Save money on all things makeup with these tips from our Money Saving Queen. Let’s begin with makeup brushes. Make up artists clean their brushes “daily” to get rid of bacteria, dirt and old makeup.

Clean your own brushes with out buying pricey name-brand cleaners. This one costs 14 dollars. 14 dollars! Instead make your own. You should use an unscented, pure, white soap like Ivory. You could also use mild shampoo or liquid hand soap.

Wet your brush with lukewarm water, swirl and then rinse. Squeeze out excess water and dry flat overnight. Now that you’re makeup goes on with clean brushes, let’s take it off. We’re making makeup remover wipes and you’e going to need paper towels, containers for storage, water, face wash and coconut oil. Store bought wipes cost about 20 cents each, these…3 cents.
