Adding fish to your diet may cut your risk of developing Rheumatoid arthritis by more than 50%.

In a study of more than 32,000 women, those who ate at least one serving of fatty fish or four servings of lean fish a week had half the risk of rheumatoid arthritis compared to women who consumed less. The benefit was attributed to the omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in fish.

We are advised to eat at least 2 servings of fish a week due to its heart health benefits. Now, we may be able to add joint protection to the list!
